To launch MultiMC, just open that folder, find the application and double click on it to launch it.
You can double click on the zip file and drag the MultiMC folder to wherever you wish, and you may consider the application installed. Note: MultiMC will download as a zip file you will need to extract this. You can locate all of your ticket responses on your client account. You can find your Create-A-Modpack file in your Create-A-Modpack Setup ticket. This article should not be confused with how to install a modpack manually using MultiMC.
